When performance meets compact design, the B11 emerges as a highly advanced SPT & Auger drilling rig engineered for operation in confined environments. Thanks to its consistently compact construction, the unit can be transported to locations that are inaccessible to conventional drilling rigs. A key component is the laterally mounted, pivotable SPT Autohammer system. On the opposite side, a powerful rotary drive enables drilling to moderate depths. Both units are mounted on independent guide systems, allowing alternating operation within the same bore axis. The mast carriage is actuated by a high-performance hydraulic cylinder, ensuring precise lifting and lowering movements. In addition, the mast—combined with an integrated pull-back bridge—functions as an extraction system. The rig is specifically designed for operation under low headroom of 8ft while still accommodating sufficiently long drilling tools of some 4 ft - all that with an Autohammer. A defining feature of the system is its modular design. Using a robust pin-and-connection system, the entire unit can be fully disassembled within minutes and transported manually to hard-to-reach job sites. This makes it particularly suitable for work in confined spaces such as indoor areas, basements, gardens, and similar environments. The undercarriage is also modular. The rig and the undercarriage can be separated easily: the unit is supported by integrated stabilizing legs while the undercarriage can be removed independently. This flexibility allows for efficient use in standard daily operations as well as for specialized drilling tasks in challenging and otherwise inaccessible locations.
