DPG 1600 – Next-Generation High-Performance Pile Driver
The DPG 1600 is a modern and powerful pile driver from our proven DPG series. It combines power, precision, and speed—making it ideal for installing guardrails along roads as well as substructures for solar installations. Posts and piles are driven quickly, reliably, and with high repeat accuracy, while maintaining intuitive operation.

Built on a stable undercarriage with a 360° slewing ring, the upper structure can be hydraulically rotated in all directions, ensuring maximum flexibility on site.
The DPG 1600 is powered by a high-performance 3-cylinder diesel engine from Hatz or Deutz. Its modern hydraulic system is efficient, reliable, and low-maintenance. A durable enclosure protects all components from environmental influences, while large service panels provide quick and easy access for maintenance.
The proven Epiroc hammer IM 305 delivers powerful and consistent impact energy, driving a wide variety of posts and piles into the ground. The hammer is connected to the mast via a hydraulic pull and push chain system. The mast itself is available in different lengths, allowing flexible adaptation to various applications. Additionally, the entire mast assembly can be horizontally adjusted by up to one meter, supported by an integrated auto-stop function for enhanced safety and precision.
Optional features include radio remote control—either for the undercarriage only or for full electro-hydraulic operation of the machine. Additional options include 360° work lighting and practical toolboxes for equipment and accessories.
