LMSR-SPT-HK – Hydraulic performance meets maximum flexibility: The LMSR-SPT-HK combines the power of traditional crawler-mounted probing rigs with the advantages of a modular, manually movable solution. The hydraulically operated hammer unit and integrated extraction cylinder enable particularly comfortable, fast, and safe operation – without any manual lifting. Thanks to its foldable mast and compact design, the device is ideal for demanding applications, even in confined spaces, delivering maximum efficiency from dynamic probing up to SPT testing.

PRODUCT FEATURES

The LMSR-SPT-HK meets the requirements of many crawler-mounted probing rigs, while offering the key advantage of a modular design and manual mobility. The LMSR-SPT-HK dynamic probing device is powered by a hydraulic motor and requires a suitable hydraulic power unit. The hammer unit is hydraulically moved up and down along the mast via a chain system, eliminating the need for manual lifting and lowering using a winch, as required with combustion or electric motor variants. Another major advantage of the LMSR-SPT-HK is the ability to operate a powerful hydraulic extraction cylinder via the hydraulic unit, allowing the rod string to be pulled directly out of the ground. This combination ensures particularly comfortable, fast, and safe operation. The LMSR-SPT-HK is a highly functional soil investigation device. Thanks to its foldable mast, it is easy to transport and particularly suitable for operations in confined spaces. The unit is moved manually in the field. At the test location, the mast is aligned vertically using a tripod. The device is suitable for load-bearing capacity tests, compaction testing, and soil sampling. It enables dynamic probing in accordance with DPL, DPM, DPH, and SPT standards. Switching between these methods is carried out by adding or removing weights on the hammer unit. In addition, the drop height can be limited by means of a stroke limiter. Furthermore, the device is ideally suited for combined methods such as the split spoon test.
